As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of specialized equipment. You will serve as a representative of Norvex, delivering safe, efficient, and professional service while helping ensure our customers' equipment operates at peak performance.

Apply for this jobYour contribution to the success of the company will include, but is not limited to:
- Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues using specialized tools and recommend safe, effective corrective actions.
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, and safety inspections in accordance with applicable OSHA/ANSI standards.
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) when required.
- Accurately document all work performed, including work orders, findings, corrective actions, and before-and-after photos.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding completed work, additional repairs, and equipment status.
- Maintain compliance with company health and safety policies, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What we are looking for in our future colleagues:
- Relevant experience maintaining and repairing aerial work platforms, boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, forklifts, or similar equipment (heavy equipments, agricultural equipement).
- Strong hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills – considered a major asset.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and measuring instruments.
- Bilingualism (English-Spanish - Asset.
- Proficiency with tablets, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing situations.
